The cost of a dental check-up and cleaning can vary depending on geography and other factors, including the condition of your individual oral health.
A check-up and cleaning should begin with a patient health history and discussion of your questions and concerns. It should also include a thorough examination completed by your dentist, a professional cleaning, X-rays, and an oral cancer screening.
The average cost of this type of appointment in markets across the United States is between $200 and $350. If you have dental insurance, the fees for your check-up and cleaning (including any out-of-pocket copays) are negotiated with us by your insurance company.
